Cafe Flamenco Presents "Fiesta NavideñA"

'FIESTA Navideña!" Caminos Flamencos and Rhythmix invite one and all to celebrate the end of 2015 in holiday season Flamenco style! Featuring a stunning cast for this holiday show, including Special Guest Artist, beloved flamenco Singer Jesus Montoya, direct from Spain. Jesus is considered the "Pavarotti" of flamenco song, and we are all so pleased that he can join us for this special event. With his gorgeous, Gypsy, raw 'cante gitano,' Jesus is celebrated for the power of authority of his voice and his stage presence. Our other Guest Dancer is the powerful Mizuho Sato, recently relocated to the Bay Area from Los Angeles! Joined by maestro Jason McGuire "El Rubio" on guitar, Yaelisa al baile, percussionist Marlon Aldana and upright bassist Paul M. Sounder, plus a few sprinkles of mistletoe and holiday merriment AND some surprise guests, the evening will also include some Spanish carols sung by AUDIENCE!. Please join us for paella, holiday cheer and great flamenco, and welcome Jesus Montoya to the Bay Area ! Jesus Montoya will be teaching and singing for a SPECIAL Two Hour Cante/Baile Workshop in Oakland - look for more details!
