Open Modern Class Series with Shaun Keylock Sundays, April 3-24 | 10am-11:15am at FLOCK $8-$10 suggested donation This class will begin with a meditative floor warm-up to articulate the spine and emphasize the breath as a tool for movement initiation and phrasing. Coming to a standing position, the warm-up will continue the use of breath by working the legs and torso in centered and off-centered movements. We will end the class by traveling through the space changing directions, levels, and timings. Finding the strength to go beyond our physical centers, dancers will experience more freedom and daring in their dancing. -- Shaun Keylock was born in Portland, Oregon and received his B.A. in Dance and Art History from Pacific University in 2015.
