Juanito Pascual New Flamenco Trio Live At CorazóN

The Juanito Pascual New Flamenco Trio features top flamenco guitaristJuanito Pascual, world class percussionist Tupac Mantilla and stunning bassist Brad Barrett. The trio creates a sound that seamlessly merges flamenco with elements of jazz, world-music and even rock and soul influences. Energized by a passion to share the beauty and soul-stirring power of Flamenco - with its ancient roots, yet vibrant and evolving musical tradition - Pascual’s performances, recordings and workshops reverberate with infectious charisma. Jonathan "Juanito" Pascual is acclaimed as one of the top flamenco guitarists on the international music scene. NPR has called him “one of the hottest flamenco guitarists in recent years” and Boston Globe describes him as a “flamenco phenom”. Pascual has consistently sought ways to align his passion for music with environmental and social causes through creative partnerships. Most notable is his ongoing collaboration with Junglewood, a Panamanian rainforest project directed by Danilo Perez. Junglewood is a visionary music and art initiative located in the Panamanian Rainforest that seeks to use the arts to inspire and educate a new generation about environmental stewardship.
