Kiri Close - Dance Instructor Bio: Kiri Close was born and raised in her native American Samoa with added residential history in L.A., Detroit, Boston, Hawaii, Boston, Asia, Europe, with numerous stays in NYC. She has always loved & performed & choreographed dance of many genres: Polynesian, Hip Hop, Modern, Musical Dance Theatre, Japanese Butoh, and a myriad of other styles. She is excited to begin shaping pieces for her own WAChIPI MODERN DANCE COMPANY. Dr. Close enjoys preparing her dancers for public performances.
