Belly Dancing is BACK!!! Belly dancing is often considered the yoga of dance, with fun, feminine movements that both ignite the chakras, and help you to tune into your divine Shakti energy. In this workshop, expect to ignite the flames of your inner goddess through shimmies, and snake-like movements. The class will begin with a warm up, and a series of isolation drills meant to awaken and strengthen your dance muscles. Core belly dance movements will be covered and then drilled as we complete dance combos and finish with a freestyle dance party, and cool down.
