Mon - Thursday for 3 weeks! Start Date June 27 ends July 14 Participants can attend any of the 3 class times: 6 am, 8:30 am or 5:30 pm!!!! only $98!!! In this 3-week session, women of all fitness levels can participate. Each day will be different, and particiapnts can expect Tabata training, cardio and isometric training. Participants will have their body composition (body fat %) we well as measurements done at the beginning and at the end. Participants also have a choice of 6 am, 8:30 am or 5:30 pm times each day!
