Ballet Announcement With Honoree Ariel Triunfo

I keep talking about this ballet I'm (we're) working on... Here's the scoop. Ballet Name: Route to Wings: A Freedom Journey Expected Opening Date: January 2019 Collaborating Parties: Conceptual Artist/Producer: Nicky Watts, Choreographer: Margot Colbert, Music Director: Cantor Jessica Hutchings, Religious Director: Rabbi Yocheved Mintz. The ballet puts physical form to the process of seeking and discovering freedom through spiritual exploration. There's a lot more to it, but that's what I'm willing to share this early on. This event multiple purposes: It is the first time I will be performing a choreographed dance. It is the first of many times I will be performing ballet related material in support of the larger ballet. This event honors the first ballerina I friended after deciding to do this ballet. Ariel is a local Las Vegas native. She is 21 years old and has worked professionally with Nevada Ballet Theatre for three years. She is going to college and half of the proceeds to this event will help her to get her feet on the ground in Sante Fe, where she will be attending college. It's amazing to see local Las Vegas creatives branching out to develop their higher consciousness through education. This is how we become a solid cultural and creative headquarters and I'm pleased to be paying honor to this extrwemely talented creative. The last is that there will be multiple entertainment events based around the ballet in the next couple years. Some with the goal of raising funds for the ballet. Some with the goal of working through conceptual or physical understanding. Some to fuze together Judaism and Ballet in my body and mind. Some to fuze these together for my audience. This one show will be a fundraising event, but it's unique because it is the only time I can perform ballet for the first time. It will only get better from here. What to expect for the event? Ariel and I will do a piece together that she choreographed and taught me. Ariel will perform a solo that she choreographed. I will be catering the event with my full Jewish Oneg style. It's always a big hit. There will be raffle prizes. The door donation will be $20. This will give you raffle tickets and food. I encourage everyone to dress like you're going to the ballet. Special Details: This event is on the second floor. If you need help getting to the second floor, please let us know ahead of time and we will arrange assistance.
