This month we'll be continuing our new longer class format that includes 30 min of open studio practice space as well as 1.5 hours of micro instruction. [7:30pm - 9:00pm] Lesson with Austin Geoffrey Hunt Micro Moments - Micro, sometimes referred to as micro blues, is a lead and follow social dance style. Although micro has strong roots to blues, it does not fall into the category of blues idiom dances. Micro can be broken into five main key features: strong grounded close frame, concentration on breathing, connection, body isolations, and multi-layered musicality. Come join us for a challenging lesson that will give you rudimentary knowledge of the history of the dance and a stronger understanding of how to dance micro blues! (want to know more about Austin?
