Although micro has strong roots to blues, it does not fall into the category of blues idiom dances. Micro can be broken into five main key features: strong grounded close frame, concentration on breathing, connection, body isolations, and multi-layered musicality. Come join us for a challenging lesson that will give you rudimentary knowledge of the history of the dance and a stronger understanding of how to dance micro blues! (want to know more about Austin?
