Free Nutcracker First Friday Event

Every 20 minutes between 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Colorado Ballet – 1075 Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO 80204 Colorado Ballet will offer a free Nutcracker First Friday event to kickoff Denver Arts Week on Friday, November 4 at its home at 11th and Santa Fe. Come see dazzling costumes on display and see short live demonstrations of some of The Nutcracker’s iconic dances by Company dancers before the production opens at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House on November 26. Plus, students from the Colorado Ballet Academy will also perform winter-themed dances during the demonstrations. Brief demonstrations will take place every 20 minutes between 6:30-8 p.m. in Colorado Ballet's Black Box Theater. This is not a ticketed event. Seats in the theater are first come, first served.
