We're back with our classy and trappy dance series 'Trap-Ballet'! Join us for this ballet based, empowering dance fitness class! We infuse traditional ballet fundamentals with various lengthening and strengthening exercises and a hip hop playlist! No dance experience required! We're cooling down with a nice, soothing meditation! Perfect workout to break up the week! All ages and body types welcome! Wear comfortable, form fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle! Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
