Learn the smooth dancing style of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers! The elegant, smooth, and romantic Foxtrot was the most popular dance in the 20′s and 30′s, and is still a favorite of many ballroom dancers today (including Eddie!) Usually danced to jazz and big band swing-style music, Foxtrot can be danced to all sorts of music. Step into any jazz club on a Friday night, and you’re bound to hear a Foxtrot! Each hour workshop will show you a different step each week! We've got two levels to choose from - Beginner or Intermediate! In our beginner level we'll start from the ground up and get you familiar with the basics and the traveling motion they use around the floor, as well as the most important steps you need! In Intermediate we'll build on the foundation you already have, giving you fancier footwork, flashier patterns, and more beautiful turns! Only $5 for everyone, and no appointment, experience, or partner needed! More Info below.
