Alicia Pons In Atlanta: All About Tango Milonguero

Maestra Alicia Pons is coming back to Atlanta, giving us another opportunity to expand our learning journeys and experience the heart and soul of Argentine Tango in just one weekend! Join us for a week full of workshops, milongas, and private lessons! Alicia Pons is an internationally renowned dancer and instructor with a refined technique and distinctive personality. She is most known for her beautiful and unique foot play and the strongly sensual connection with her partner. It is usually said that her feet float like feathers, her steps are impeccable, and her dancing is fluid, her musicality exquisite. She exemplifies communication, connection, and presence in the dance and this is a focus in her teaching for both men and women. In addition to the group lessons, Alicia will be available for private lessons from Thursday, October 5 through Tuesday the 10th, and will be teaching a Women's Technique Workshop on that same Tuesday.
