Koryn Wicks!

Only 2 classes left for 2017! Catch Koryn Wicks Wednesday for class at Brockus Project Studios. 8:30-10pm. $10 cash! Koryn Ann Wicks is a choreographer, dancer and dance teacher based in Southern California. She is currently on faculty at CalArts where she teaches Contemporary Technique and Dance Composition. She received her MFA in dance at the University of California, Irvine where her research centered on immersive concert design and the integration of digital media alongside live performance. Koryn’s work has been shown in New York, Southern California, Montreal and Rome. Koryn has danced professionally with diverse companies including Armitage Gone!, Teresa Fellion/Bodystories, Transitheart Productions, Kinetic Architecture Dance Theatre, and Classical Contemporary Ballet Theater. Her choreography focuses on the generation of immersive dance performances that also utilize digital media and interactive technology. Koryn teaches a wide variety of dance techniques including modern, contemporary, ballet and tap. She has also developed dance classes for a wide variety of outreach programs in public high schools and elementary schools. More Info below.
