Well, Chosen Dance will present the dancing that set it off for the youth in America and ended up influencing the world. The story of Hip Hop dance in America will highlight the moves and grooves you may remember: Lockin’ Poppin’, Breakin’ and Hip-Hop and introduce you to ones you may not: Waackin’, Krumpin’, Gettin’ Lite and House. The show is a celebration of a time when Hip Hop dance was all about Peace, Unity, Love and having fun. The Story of Hip Hop dance in America does this by following the phenomenon and examining the lineage of a movement that defined the social dance era of Hip Hop.
