Valentines Day At Burts! World Music And Hip Hop Dance!

Valentines Day is coming up around the corner and what better a way to spend it than with your loved ones watching some of the best musical acts Albuquerque has to offer? On the bill we have: Da Terra Meiga- A whirling dervish of Cuban and Spanish inspired musica. Their sparse dance grooved instrumentation is fronted by the incredible vocalist Laura Gabriela Cruz Trigo singing and harmonizing with Ruben Cortiñas Ares who provides the excellent flamenco inspired guitar undulations to make your body move. PLEASE- A hip hop group like no other in Albuquerque. Mixing world rhythms and hip hop with pop inspired vocals and gritty real world rap makes them a force to be reckoned with.
