Belly dance has captivated American culture and audiences as early as the 1800s, with influences that hail from the Middle East to all across the globe. Join Chrissy Marie for an evening of learning more about this art form while having some fun! This class will expose participants to exploring their muscle control, healthy dance posture, improving flexibility, and gaining body confidence all while learning some introductory belly dance movements! No previous dance experience is necessary but be sure to wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. We hope that you can join us and all are welcome! Stay for refreshments afterwards.
