Tarcisio vision was for Rio Rhythmics students to dance comfortably with everyone. They wanted to make dancing part of everyones life. at any age.any shape, any background. Their/theirs vision was to break the concept that to learn Latin you have to dance like they do on the TV show Dancing with the Stars. More Info below.
