Unwind from work, come early and feel free to bring friends. The dancing area is covered with a canopy so dont be put off in case of drizzle! Bring dance trainers or old comfortable dance shoes, its an outdoor hard floor. Avoid bringing valuables with you. This is an outdoor event held in an open public space. FOR FREE A collaborative project between Tango-Fever and Spitalfields Estate, now in its Sixteenth year, Tango @ Spitalfields is a series of monthly free outdoor milongas taking place under the Amphitheatre Canopy at Spitalfields Market offering Londoners a rare opportunity to enjoy tango outdoors. If you would like to learn some basic tango steps, FREE lessons will take place at 13.00 pm before each Sunday afternoon, and at 18.30 each Thursday evening event. Dancers of all ages and abilities are welcome no booking, no partner necessary. If you enjoy the free tango taster classes at Spitalfields, Tango-Fever offer a special 50% discount on Beginners classes for Spitalfields dancers. EVENT CHANGES CANCELLATIONS Only when the weather conditions dont allow it, there might be a chance that we have to cancel an event last minute. We will never make this decision lightly, as we know we get quite a few visitors from outside of London, but the comfort and safety of all our guests is very important to us.
