Kizomba is a popular partner dance and music genre originating from Angola. Kizomba means "party" in Kimbundu and is typically danced at social gatherings. Kizomba is often referred to as the hug dance because of the connection and the feeling of the dance. In this level we deepen our knowledge of body mechanics and musicality. (includes level 1 class and entry to the party every week) Level 1 Beginners Course- 8 to 9pm: Our 6 week Foundations Course, covers the key elements of Kizomba, focusing on connection and communication. No experience or partner required.
