9-11 June, 2023 The proceeds from our Sunshine Coast Tango Festival each year go to the charity Para Los Nios which helps support underprivileged children in Argentina. The same applies to dancers. Improving balance, which incorporates stability training, will take your dance ability to the next level. The class involves fun barefoot balance/stability games. If possible, bring a thin yoga mat. It is surprising how quickly balance and stability improve with the right exercises.
