This one-hour class will provide an introduction to the basic posture, body articulation, and traveling concepts necessary to develop a strong foundation in belly dance. This class is suitable for absolute beginners, students who are new to Bahaia's curriculum, or students wishing to polish their basic skills. Each class includes a warm-up, strengthening exercises, and training drills with an emphasis on proper posture and form. Students should expect to remain at Level 1 for at least 6 months to up to 2 years to gain proficiency in the wide vocabulary or movement. More Info below.
