Winter Swingtime 2024

A festival that wants to bring the community together during a weekend, around activities that will make us move, learn and reflect! A festival that would like to honor swing dances as african american artforms, deepens our knowledge about their context, and celebrates their richness! A festival that feels like the Lausanne community it was born in : cozy, welcoming, authentic and caring. Moments to share and learn, thanks to the Get Together, the discussion , and the screening. Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz classes, but also "exploration" classes (Stepping, Rhythm Play, House dance) with amazing artists. And last but not least, 3 evenings of LIVE music! More Info below.
