Adult Jazz Pom!

This high energy and FUN dance class will having you dancing and feeling like an NFL cheerleader! ⭐ About the teacher: Desiree McComb grew up in Riverside, CA where she danced for her junior high and high school's cheer team. She was cheer captain her senior year. She always loved to dance, but her parents couldn't afford lessons. She watched music videos and imitated her favorite dancers as a way of learning. In high school, she joined her church's praise dance team and became one of their choreographers and director. After graduating high school, she went on to college at San Diego State where she discovered their dance program. She auditioned and made it into their BFA program where she finally was able to obtain official dance training in modern, ballet, jazz, Latin, and ballroom. She has performed with San Diego Dance Theater (formerly known as Jean Isaac Dance Company) in Trolley Dances and SDSU Dance Company. She began her heels training in 2021 and loves to train in hip hop, jazz, jazz funk, heels, and contemporary. She started Dancing with Dezi in April 2024 where she hopes to bring technical training, positivity, and dance diversity to San Diego's adult dance students.
