West Coast Swing Lessons & Dancing. No Partner Needed.

West Coast Swing (WCS) is a fun dance that anyone can learn. It’s a form of swing dancing danced in a slot to pop and blues music. On Wednesdays, we have both novice- and intermediate-level lessons. No partner is required as we rotate partners during the lessons and all ages are welcome. After the lessons, join us for open dancing, drinks, and merriment. Beginners and newbies are always welcome! PRICING: Cover (entry) is $13 and is mandatory (yes cover is higher as our rent has increased). This includes open dancing from 8:30 PM until 11:00 PM. Lessons are $5 each with paid cover and are optional. Only want to take the beginner class? Beginner class only option is available for $10, no cover required. Beginner lesson starts at 7:00 PM (Yes! We are in between Hooters and Olive Garden on the service road off of Butterfield Rd. in Downers Grove. We're across the street from Best Buy. The dance is in the side room. Go to the back and go through the double doors on the left. The Sand Club has great food and drinks, pool tables, a beer garden and pretty much anything you could want.
