join us the second Monday of each month for our specialty class; SassiBarre. A blend of Dance Fitness, Barre Fitness, and Burlesque for all fitness and ability levels. Ballet inspired fitness using chairs for stability, pom-poms for hand weights, and sultry moves for strength and conditioning. No dance or fitness experience necessary; class offers modifications and challenge options to be totally customizable for all fitness and ability levels. Wear comfy clothes, dance shoes or barefoot, bring water and a yoga mat if you have one although we do have some on site. Metamorphosis Fitness near Colorado Boulevard and Hampden Ave. 7pm
