Adult Ballet Class Level: Elementary

Come for the sheer joy of moving to the music, in a nurturing and supportive setting. Whether you have never danced before or want to continue, this is a class for you. The classes are one hour and half in length and provide quality instruction. Ballet is one of the most healthy and intense forms of dance. It can provide a complete full-body workout, increasing your flexibility, range of motion and strength. It’s also a great alternative to aerobics. The classes are on-going, join in anytime. PRICES Walk-Ins: $20. Package: $180 for a card of 10 classes (over a course of 6 months). Talk to us about multiple class per week discount!
