Adult Foundational Ballet Class

Join us every Tuesday at 7-8:30PM, for a Beginner-friendly Adult Ballet Foundational Group Class. Foundational Ballet is a class where you’ll develop essential techniques, strength, and flexibility in a supportive environment. You’ll enhance your musicality and artistry while building coordination and body awareness. Perfect for complete beginners or those looking to refine their skills, this class provides a solid foundation for all forms of dance. Experience the beauty & discipline of ballet! Dress Code Guidelines - 1. Footwear: - Preferred: Ballet flats are highly encouraged for optimal performance. - Alternative Options: If ballet flats are unavailable, you may wear socks (note: they can be slippery) or go barefoot. Your participation is the priority, so don't hesitate to come in if that's your only option. 2. Attire: - Top: Best to wear a fitted shirt or leotard to allow for freedom of movement. - Bottom: Leggings, tights, or dance shorts are suitable. - Warm-up: Feel free to wear a dance sweater or wrap if you need extra warmth. 3. Hair: - Should be secured away from face in a bun, ponytail, or braid to keep it out of your way during class. Class is $18 per person. No prior experience required.
