Born in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, Agostina is a celebrated choreographer and professional dancer, as well as a psychology graduate with honours from the University of Salvador. She has received international recognition, including the title of World Tango Stage Champion in 2017. Agostina is the creator of the Tango Femme style, which boosts women's self-confidence by combining traditional tango techniques with contemporary styles, allowing women to express their sensuality. TangoFemme is an artistic expression that combines the elegance and sensuality of Argentine tango with a contemporary and empowering perspective. Agostina has revolutionised the perception and practice of tango by breaking gender stereotypes and exploring new avenues of expression within this traditional dance. Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn from one of the best and embrace the elegance and power of your femininity through tango! Programme: You get 6 TangoFemme workshops of 1.5h. Classes take place in small groups of up to 14 people. This way everyone gets enough attention and personal guidance at her level. In the afternoon, you can use the dance hall for private lessons or to practice. If there is a milonga going on nearby during the retreat, we can go there with the group. Yoga: Hatha yoga, to build strength, balance and control and Yin yoga for greater flexibility in muscles and mobility of joints. Release tension, improve your posture, stability and torsion, develop fluidity in your movements, increase body awareness, cultivate mindfulness and deepen the connection with yourself and your dance partners, thanks to yoga. Location Accommodation: You will stay at Domaine Harmonie, a renovated farm, at the end of a dead end street, in a small village in the south of France. Away from the busy tourist attractions, you can still find peace and quiet here. Domaine Harmonie consists of a private house, a beautiful salon of 70m2 with wooden floor, a dance hall of 160m2, a cottage, a loft, and a gte with 4 en-suite bedrooms and a glamping tent.
