In the afternoon, you can use the dance hall for private lessons or to practice. If there is a milonga going on nearby during the retreat, we can go there with the group. Yoga: Hatha yoga, to build strength, balance and control and Yin yoga for greater flexibility in muscles and mobility of joints. Release tension, improve your posture, stability and torsion, develop fluidity in your movements, increase body awareness, cultivate mindfulness and deepen the connection with yourself and your dance partners, thanks to yoga. Leisure time: There is plenty of free time to enjoy the pool, the garden, the surroundings and optional activities: - private lessons - massages - hiking - canoeing - visit some of the most beautiful villages of France - visit Albi ... Location Accommodation: You will stay at Domaine Harmonie, a renovated farm, at the end of a dead end street, in a small village in the south of France. Away from the busy tourist attractions, you can still find peace and quiet here. Domaine Harmonie consists of a private house, a beautiful salon of 70m2 with wooden floor, a dance hall of 160m2, a cottage, a loft, and a gte with 4 en-suite bedrooms and a glamping tent.
