El Encuentro Que Faltaba" is a small encuentro for 100 people, with emphasis on floorcraft and community. We aim for experienced dancers that like to dance in a close embrace. We demand respect for each other in order to achieve a friendly ronda and build a warm community. - Floorcraft: Leaders are able to respect the space of other couples in the ronda, can keep within their own lane, do not lead unsafe moves and keep the ronda flowing. Followers keep their heels to the floor and only dance moves that they have been led. Couples remain in a close embrace while dancing. - Community: You act with respect to others and follow the social rules of the milonga - on and off the dance floor. You are ready to make new friends, form new bonds and experience a sense of community. This schedule is tentative and subject to change.
