Patrick & Jackie Gonda opened "Gophers" in 1998 on the corner of Third and Ohio streets. Soon Gopher's evolved into a full service restaurant and catering business, and moved to the current location of 910 N. Third Street. With the demand of Gopher's bakery, signature cakes and other bakery items growing, the concept for "Coco's" restaurant was born.
