Our Philosophy: Each program is designed to be unique to you and will be a total body workout. Programs are designed in partnership with you, to achieve physical and mental strength, improve well being, and to maintain effective results. We limit our Custom Reformer classes to a maximum of 3 clients in order to give you the attention necessary to maximize your exercise time. Our TRX classes have a maximum of 9 clients so that each client can receive personal, attentive training. The Training: The program taught at Core Pilates and Fitness is an innovative evolution of the mind-body system instructed by Joseph H. Pilates. By building upon a classical foundation with modern sports science and training principles, we offer our clients a safe, effective yet highly challenging program.
