Customized pole fitness and dance classes to suit your individual goals. We also offer other alternative fitness and dance classes. We are a boutique dance and fitness studio in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. We specialize in Pole Dance & Fitness and Aerial Arts. At Flight Fitness Studio©, we strive to customize the perfect plan for each of our students. Each individual has unique goals, which we embrace.
We consider pole to consist of fitness, dance, and art. Each 8-week series will include elements of each. Along with pole, there are key elements that help further a student's abilities and growth: Flexibility, Strength, and Flow. These classes can be added weekly.
For new students, we offer Intro classes. A few times a month we also offer specialty classes or workshops that are taught by current studio instructors, local talent, or professionals.
Whether you are celebrating a birthday, honoring a bride to be, or enjoying a girls' night out, our studio is available to you as a rental or for a private party.
Our newest classes include: Hoop Dance, Teen Pole Fitness, Co-Ed Pole, Chair Dance, Pole Silks, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), Aerial Silks, Cardio Twerk, and Bellydance.
