Welcome to Dover's Performing Art and Entertainment Center, we are open mornings for breakfast and evenings for dance lessons The Strand Ballroom provides an environment where everyone can feel comfortable expressing themselves in the Arts and provides training in dance so everyone can be the best they can be. Here at The Strand Ballroom we bringing new experiences and culture to our younger generation thru fashion shows, dinner theater, murder mysteries, plays, dance performances and lessons. We offer group and private dance lessons, dance shoes and clothing, as well as rental space for business conferences and events, such as birthday parties. A little about me. I have been dancing since about 2003 and teaching since 2009. My teacher trainer is Hella Hoit in Cambridge Mass. She has performed in several competitions since she was six. I also have had training From Jeannie Tucker in Az, she has a list of accomplishment including being inducted in the Swing Hall of Fame in 2013. Roberto Pagan 3x World Champion. I have also attended seminars from International Cha Cha champion. I travel often and when I do I always look for a dance place to learn something new. I have also started coaching for competitive dancers.
