Grace Place of Okeechobee

At Grace Place...We believe in quality dance education. Our goal is to provide a positive and fun learning environment. In our studio, an emphasis is placed on offering our students the tools to develop proper technique while they build self-esteem, confidence, and their own love of dance. In celebration of our students' hard work, GP hosts an annual recital in early summer of each year. Each recital participation class presents a specialized routine uniquely choreographed for that group. Family, friends, and members of our community are invited and welcome to join GP in this event. In addition to offering recreational classes to children 2 and up, GP also has Musical Theater group that presents a program at Christmas time and a production number in the annual recital and a Competition Dance Team that trains at an advance level and travels to regional competition in Florida and to a national competition out-of-state. A favorite saying at Grace Place is, "Dance is what we do, but it is not what we are about." At GP we believe dance provides a platform for young people to step on to, a door for them to walk through, and a open field of opportunities from which they may pick. A goal at GP is to foster and encourage important life skills, positive character traits, and core values through our dance education program. Grace Place welcomes the youth of our community to come join in on the DANCE~FITNESS~FUN as we live "Limitless" in the 2021-2022 dance year.
