The Magdalena Technique was founded by Jean-Pierre Sighe who has been teachning Argentine tango, continuously, since 2000, in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Magdalena Technique stays true to the notion that Tango dancing is an ... IMPROVISATION! Therefore, it does not make sense whatsoever, to learn a bunch of steps and figures, in order to dance Tango. We focus instead, on showing the students HOW to improvise. Tango is here taught, with a scientific approach, due to the very nature of Tango. Everything in Tango has a logical progression. We have now put online some video-classes that are available 24/7.
