Come take a fun, fast paced class with forward moving choreography in a friendly environment. This is a fill and fly class which means of it doesn't fill it doesn't fly! Advanced beginner level. Must have prior dance or equivalent experience. Class will start with warm up, isolations, stretch, and end with choreography. Come prepared with clean sneakers and a water bottle.
