The lithe movement, powerful elegance, and timeless majesty of Russian ballet ushers in each spring semester at Krannert Center—enchanting audiences of all ages with evergreen masterpieces set to symphonic favorites and featuring a company of over 50 dancers in resplendent costumes. Helmed by Elena Radchenko, this season’s gems portray Carmen’s spirited trials, Romeo and Juliet’s star-crossed affair, Giselle’s haunting tale, and Princess Aurora’s true love awakening. Recommended for ages 8 and up.
