40,000 People Dancing in India! Garba Festival in Gujarat!

Thanks to the Gujurat Tourism Board, we got vip access to the United Way of Baroda Garba Festival.  We arrived a little early and thrre were just a few people in the center dancing area.  As time went on, more and more people showed up and soon they started dancing.  Before we knew it there were 40,000+ people all moving in unison to the music.   Everyone was dressed in their best Garba outfits which is actually a requirement to participate.  Also we found out the cost for men to participate is five times as much as women.  That didn't stop 20,000+ men from dancing all night. What a sight, like nothing I've ever need before.  Definitely the highlight of our time in Gujurat.
