Maglalatik is an indigenous dance from Binan, Laguna, Philippines in which coocnut shell halves are secured in the dancers hands and on vests. The dancers perform the dance by hitting one coconut shell with another all in time to a fast drum beat. Maglalatik is a war dance picturing a battle between the Moros and the Christians over the latik, the remainder of the boiled coconut milk.
